Finding a member

  1. Log in to DACdb.
  2. Click Members in the top navigation menu.
  3. Use the search bar to type part or all of a member's name.
  4. Click Search or press Enter.
  5. Click on a member's name in the results to view their full profile, including contact details, classification, and club membership.

You can also filter or sort the club list by area, meeting day, or club type.

Viewing a club roster

  1. Navigate to a club's page (via Clubs in the menu).
  2. Click on the club name.
  3. The club's member roster will be displayed, showing each member's name, classification, and contact details (where shared).
Exporting a roster: Club secretaries and district officers can export a club roster to Excel or PDF for printing. Look for the Export or Print button on the roster page.
Can't find someone? Make sure you are searching by their name as it appears in Rotary records (usually their legal first name, not a nickname). If you still cannot find them, they may not yet be recorded in DACdb. Contact your club secretary or email support@rotary9660.org.au.
