Logging In to DACdb

What is DACdb?

DACdb (District and Club Database) is the membership and administration system used by Rotary districts across Australia and New Zealand. It holds member records, club details, attendance data, and reporting tools for the district.

Every Rotarian in District 9660 has an account in DACdb, and club officers use it to manage their club's records.

How to log in

1. Go to dacdb.com in your web browser.
2. Enter your email address in the username field. This is the preferred email address your club has on file for you in Rotary's records.
3. Enter your password. If this is your first time logging in, your club secretary or district administrator will have provided you with a temporary password or instructions to set one.
4. Click Login.

First-time login tips

• Your DACdb username is your preferred email address as recorded in Rotary's membership records. If you change email addresses later, your username will not automatically change unless you update it within DACdb.
• If your password does not work, click Forgot Password? on the login page. DACdb will send a reset link to the email address on file for your membership.
• If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from DACdb, not from the district.
• If you are still unable to log in, contact your club secretary or email support@rotary9660.org.au for assistance.
