Changing Your Password

Update your DACdb password to something secure and memorable.

Why change your password?

If this is your first time logging in, you may be using a temporary password. You should change it to something secure and memorable as soon as possible.

How to change your password

  1. Log in to DACdb with your current password.
  2. Click the My DATA tab in the top navigation menu.
  3. Click Edit Member.
  4. Click the Login tab within the edit screen.
  5. Enter your new password in the password field.
  6. Click the Update button in the upper right of the window to save your changes.
Username and password live in the same place. The Login tab also shows your username (email address). If your email has changed, you can update both your username and password at the same time.
Choose a strong password. Use at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your name, club name, or common words like "rotary" or "password".

Forgotten your password?

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. Go to dacdb.com.
  2. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
  3. Enter your email address (the one on your membership record).
  4. DACdb will send you a link to reset your password.
  5. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the email and follow the link to set a new password.
Not receiving the reset email? The reset email goes to whichever address is stored in DACdb for your membership. If that address is outdated, contact your club secretary to update it, or email support@rotary9660.org.au for help.
More help: DACdb has a built-in Help tab with training videos and FAQs. You can also download the District 9660 Quick Start Guide (PDF).
