Calendar — Scheduling

Creating events, inviting people, and scheduling Teams meetings.

Calendar does not have a standalone mobile app. On your phone, access it through the Outlook app — tap the calendar icon at the bottom. If you have not set up the Outlook app yet, see the Outlook guide for install steps.

Calendar views

You can view your calendar by day, week, or month. On the desktop browser, use the view selector in the top-right of the calendar. On mobile, swipe left or right to move between days or weeks.
