What you'll need: Your Rotary email address (e.g. jane.smith@rotary9660.org.au) and the temporary password sent to you by IT.

Sign-in steps

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and go to the Rotary SharePoint site:

    https://rotaryd9660.sharepoint.com

    You will be taken to a Microsoft sign-in page automatically. Alternatively, you can go to office.com and sign in from there.

  2. On the sign-in page, enter your Rotary email address and click Next.

    Your email will be in the format firstname.lastname@rotary9660.org.au. If you are unsure, contact IT support.

  3. Enter your temporary password exactly as it was provided to you — including any capital letters, numbers and symbols — then click Sign in.

    Passwords are case-sensitive. Check for accidental spaces.

  4. Microsoft will immediately ask you to change your password. That's normal — head to Step 2!

Tips

If a box appears asking whether to "Stay signed in?", click Yes on your personal device, or No on a shared or work computer.
You can also sign in through any Microsoft 365 app on your phone (Outlook, Teams, etc.) using the same email and temporary password.
Password not working? Don't guess repeatedly — your account may be locked. Email the Rotary District 9660 IT Team at support@rotary9660.org.au and they will reset your temporary password.
