Get your Rotary District 9660 account set up in three steps.

Before you start, you will need:
  • Your Rotary email address — firstname.lastname@rotary9660.org.au
  • The temporary password sent to you by the IT team
  • Your smartphone nearby (needed for MFA setup in Step 3)

What is Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is the suite of apps your district uses for email, documents, meetings, and file storage. It includes Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Calendar — all accessible from any device with a browser or app.

Your Rotary account gives you access to all of these tools. The steps below walk you through signing in for the first time.

Your three setup steps

    Sign in to Microsoft 365

    Use your Rotary email address and the temporary password provided by IT to access your account for the first time.

  2. 2

    Change your password

    Microsoft will ask you to set a new personal password straight away. Choose something memorable that meets the security requirements.

  3. 3

    Set up MFA

    Multi-factor authentication adds a second check on your phone each time you sign in. It keeps your account secure even if your password is ever compromised.
